Each Dog Tag set costs $37.95, plus $5 P&H.

 

How do I pay?

We use Paypal to process our payments. Paypal is owned by Ebay, so you're getting a totally secure payment system. Through Paypal you can pay using your credit card, direct bank deposit or your Paypal balance. It's that easy!

You don't need to have a Paypal account to order through us. When you are taken to the Paypal login page, simply click the link on the left hand side that says "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account" and this will enable you to pay with your credit card through the encrypted Paypal page.

If you're still weary about paying this way, contact us before ordering and we can work out an alternative payment method for you - direct bank deposit or money order.

 

I want to order a whole heap of Dog Tags. Can you do me a good deal?

How do you post my Dog Tags?

We use Australia Post Registered Post. And we provide you with the tracking number and website so you can track it online.

 

How long until I get my Dog Tags?

Once you've made payment you should get your Dog Tags in around 2-5 working days. But hey, we all know that Australia Post can sometimes have its hiccups so if you haven't got them by then, send us through an email!

 

What colour Dog Tags can I get?

You can choose between matte silver, shiny silver, black or brass.

 

What are "silencers"?

They are a thin rubber edging that fits onto the Dog Tags. They take 5 seconds to put on and take off. Soldiers use silencers to stop the Dog Tags clanking and alerting the enemy. Our Dog Tag sets come with a choice of 27 colours.

 

What text should I put on my Dog Tags?

Well, that's up to you. Some people put their name, their address and telephone numbers. Other put an inspirational message. Some people put the date they first met their partner.
